Due to such growth we are looking for a full time permanent Wellbeing Advisor to be part of the first responder team for all incoming calls from customers and clients.  This is a small close knit team who really pull together to support each other and the people in need of the services.  With a genuine passion for wellbeing.

The job:

• Triage all incoming calls being part of the first responder call team
• Working with customers on the phones that are in need, keeping them calm & obtaining the right level of detail to ensure the appropriate support is available and connected to them
• Organise clinicians to all clients and arrange support processes
• Associated paperwork completion and support documentation
• Immediately respond to all critical incidents

What we are looking for:

• Ability to stay calm and collected in times of high emotion calls
• Genuine passion for wellbeing services
• Ability to build rapport and offer empathy
• Professional telephone manner
• Organised with the ability to be proactive and solutions based
• Experience in the medical or mental health area – perhaps you have been a school nurse, worked in the 111 call centres, or been an administrator in the medical field before
