The role
You'll act as an off site senior accounts person for a range of clients, providing reliable, high-quality support across:

• End-to-end accounts and bookkeeping

• Working confidently across MYOB, Xero, and complementary accounting automation tools

• Supporting clients with clean, accurate, and timely financial information on a daily basis

• Producing GST and monthly reporting; along with end of year accounting reviews

• Applying commercial thinking; not just processing, but adding value & understanding client businesses and what their pain points are

• Supporting and reviewing work including oversight of workflow and team deadlines

• Training and development of team over knowledge base out of day to day queries that arise

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a senior accounts or bookkeeping role

• Strong working knowledge of MYOB, Xero, and modern accounting tech

• Comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities

• Reliable, self-managed, and confident working independently

• Someone who enjoys client interaction and being part of a trusted advisory-style service
