Part time 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (can be school hours)

Our client is an industry leading supplier of branded uniforms & promotional merchandise located in the heart of Rosedale/Albany.  Supplying some of NZ’s leading organisations throughout the country and have been in business over 30 years.  Working closely with existing clients and new clients, this is your opportunity to build relationships along with forming new ones.

You will be in a key role in the customer service team, managing orders, providing quotes and assisting customers in our extensive showroom.  Your role will also consist of following up on sales leads/opportunities through multiple channels (phone/email/digital marketing) to help grow the business through sales and bringing on new customers.  You will also have a self-driving initiative that follows up on leads and schedules customer appointments with our Managing Director.   No day will be the same, so if you are someone that loves variety – this could be the right position for you.

The role will also assist the company in creating and posting digital marketing content. This includes coordinating ideas from the team, with your input and posting content through its various marketing channels.

This opportunity will have you:

  • Managing incoming calls/emails from customers

  • Assisting customers in our showroom

  • Providing quotes and following up 

  • Placing orders and advising clients of where order is at

  • Proactively working with the sales team and clients around all order enquiries

  • Managing the Managing Directors’ diary and appointment bookings for customer visits

  • General administration to support the sales cycle

  • Ordering stock from suppliers and managing any order and delay issues while keeping customers informed.

We are looking for someone that has great communication, while we can train the industry knowledge.  If you have had exposure to a corporate uniform or promotional business then even better, but this is not essential.
