Our client is based in Penrose and is currently looking for a new Sales Support person. This is a role whereby you can start in the company and move your way into different departments learning from the grass roots level or for those that just love supporting.
Being a business to business sales and service it is essential that within this position you connect and glue the departments together. Learning quickly who’s who and how can you best provide outstanding service.
The key duties will include:
- Setting up new clients
- Entering in contracts & reviewing details
- Investigations of service faults
- Interacting with clients
- Making service schedules and bookings
- Working closely with the Sales, Customer Services and Dispatch teams
- General all-round support
What will stand you apart will all come down to your attitude. We are looking for someone that has a bright and friendly manner that knows how to take ownership of the support function and create a lasting positive first impression. Attention to detail and excellent communication is essential within this position.
