Our client is a small family friendly professional practice in the heart of Botany.  With an important member of the team off to have a baby 2021 we are looking for someone to step in while they are on maternity leave. 

Located on Reception this is the first impression that people will have.  We are looking for a professional person who can take ownership and responsibility for supporting the professional office.  Some of the duties will include:

  • Accounting administration
  • General office administration
  • Debtors including invoicing and collection
  • Creditors
  • Client relationship management
  • Client payroll using Smart Payroll

Owning the day to day administration of the office it is essential that you are a proactive support person who is happy to be a team player yet work independently.

To be successful within this position you will have/be:

  • A strong administration background working with small to medium sized businesses
  • Professional presentation and communication
  • The ability to be proactive and use your initiative
  • Can take ownership and pride in supporting the business
  • Have had debt collection experience previously
  • Strong attention to detail
