Our client is a small family run professional building consultancy practice.  Offering first class expertise and support to their clients.  With a top reputation in the industry and a long standing history of delivering outcomes this is your opportunity to join a growing team and become part of the next chapter of success. 

We are looking for a part time administrator working 32 hours a week over 4 days.  If you are looking for an opportunity with variety where no client is the same then this could be the right option for you.  Once trained you will enjoy working autonomously while picking up what is going on about the office and working closely with the team.

The key responsibilities include:

·       Audio/Dictaphone typing

·       Document generation and reporting

·       Database management and file management

·       Scheduling appointments and providing administration support to the business owner and consultants

·       MYOB accounting support & backup support to the Office Manager

·       General office duties

This role is a critical position within the organisation.  You are the support person to the consultants and your attention to detail, ability to work with a sense of urgency balanced with professionalism are the keys to success.

What we are looking for:

·       Someone that has some exposure to the building industry

·       Has a client focused approach with clear communication

·       Strong attention to detail

·       With a warm and professional demeanour

·       Who thrives on working in a small team and as a true support person

·       Excellent computer skills – it is an added bonus if you are comfortable working on a Mac
